FIRST TIME VISIT.

Arrive 10 minutes early to give us enough time to show you how to safely use our Pilates-inspired Reformer, ask you questions, etc. If you don’t arrive early, you will NOT be allowed to take the class because we cannot interrupt a class to show you how to use the machine. If you don’t arrive early to your first class, you will lose your class credit.

Grip socks are required for your safety and hygiene. Bring your own grip socks or purchase them at the studio before class starts.

Bring a water bottle to refill at our water station, or purchase a water or energy drink at the studio before class starts.

Download the VP Vibrant APP or sign in to our website to accept our Terms & Services. This also applies to member’s guests and reservations made through ClassPass. If you don’t have an account, then you will have to make one before class starts.

Let the Coach leading the class know if you have any injuries and if you’re okay with hands-on adjustments.

Are not allowed in the studio. It is unsafe, and a distraction for other clients and for you! Carve out those 50 minutes for yourself.

WHAT TO
EXPECT:
MODERN PILATES. While VP Vibrant uses a Pilates-inspired Reformer, the workout is notably more intense than traditional Pilates. However, you'll still benefit from some traditional Pilates aspects, including:
Low-Impact: The workout minimizes joint stress, making it ideal for those with previous injuries, such as knee issues, as it avoids jumping or running.
Core Focus: There’s a strong emphasis on core strength to enhance balance and overall strength.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING. Classes are capped at 12 clients, ensuring a personalized experience. Our coaches are skilled in correcting form and offering tips to help you get the most out of your workout.
NO BUILT-IN BREAKS. The session lasts 50 minutes. To achieve the best results in a shorter time, the program doesn’t include built-in breaks. You may take a brief pause during class if needed, but aim to maximize your time under tension.
FLUCTUATING PACE. Most of the class involves slow, controlled movements to enhance your mind-muscle connection, but there will be short bursts of cardio to elevate your heart rate and increase sweat.
